Once upon a time, in the tropical paradise of Miami, FL, a coffee company was born, inspired by the heartwarming tradition of my grandmother. Abuelita’s mornings were always filled with love and warmth as the rich aromas of Cuban coffee danced through our kitchen, tickling my nose. Each day, she meticulously prepared espresso using a cherished family recipe passed down through generations. The secret to her magical brew lay not just in the choice of beans or the cafetera but also in the way she infused it with love and care. Enchanted by the ritual, as a child, I would watch with wide-eyed wonder and adoration as Abuelita lovingly prepared each cup.
Years later, I embarked on a journey to share her tradition with the world. Inspired by the multicultural influence of my surroundings, Billi Coffee Company set out to source the finest coffee beans across the African diaspora, ensuring that every batch was of the highest quality—just as Abuelita insisted.
